Walk-in tattoos depend on artist availability. Piercings are by appointment. Call ahead for a specific artist, a larger tattoo, or a piercing appointment.

• A parent or legal guardian for a minor’s appointment. Call first to confirm the service, age requirements, and identification needed.

You can find the adult consent form and minor consent form online. Completing a consent form does not book an appointment.
